This one is a little different. I painted this on a small, hand-cut 300gsm art card rather than a full sheet. I wanted to see if I could fit the grand, rhythmic energy of a Gothic mosaic into the palm of my hand.

Working with acrylics on such an intimate scale forced me to be really intentional with every block of color. When you put this on your TV, it’s like looking through a magnifying glass—you’ll see the "chunky" acrylic textures and the natural paper grain in massive, beautiful detail. It’s an asymmetric, colorful tribute to the buildings I love, painted right here at my desk.
